We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Motorcycle Mechanic to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in motorcycle repair, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance, with specific expertise in Honda XL125L motorcycles.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repair and preventive maintenance of motorcycles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of Honda XL125L motorcycles.
• Conduct engine, transmission, clutch, braking and suspension repairs.
• Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical and starting-system problems.
• Carry out routine inspections and identify potential mechanical faults before breakdown.
• Perform engine overhauls and major mechanical repairs where required.
• Ensure motorcycles are properly serviced and maintained according to required standards.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Advise on spare parts and materials required for repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Support and guide junior mechanics through technical coaching and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and cleanliness.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' practical experience as a motorcycle mechanic.
• Candidates with 10+ years of exceptional practical experience may be considered even with P.7 education, provided they can read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum education level: Senior Four (S.4) or above for candidates with 5+ years' experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in motorcycle diagnosis, servicing and repair.
• Must have proven ability to repair and service Honda XL125L motorcycles.
• Good knowledge of motorcycle engines, transmission, electrical systems, fuel systems, braking systems and suspension.
• Ability to identify faults and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
