Description

To lead the marketing initiatives and enhance stakeholder engagement. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels, along with a proven ability to drive engagement and build relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning:

 

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  2.  Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans.

 

  1. Team Leadership

 

  1. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives.

 

  1. Campaign Management:

 

  1. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  2. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.

 

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:

 

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community organizations.
  2. Develop and implement community outreach initiatives and engagement programs.

 

  1. Content Strategy:

 

  1. Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing initiatives.
  2. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.

 

  1. Budget Management:

 

  1. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  2. Prepare and present budget proposals and performance reports to senior management.

 

  1. Analytics and Reporting:

 

  1. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
